Job Description

  • Prepare and coordinate regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
  • Strong knowledge in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information
  • Past experience as an Office Administrator is a plus point
  • Minimum Diploma holders

 Job Details

  • 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri: 7.30am to 4.30pm
  • Working hours: Saturday: 7.30am to 3.00pm
  • Salary: Up to $3000.00 per month

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, and networking
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • 6 days’ work week
  • Class 3 driving license

Job Description

  • Operate light /heavy transportation vehicles (15, 24 footers)
  • Perform delivery and pick-up operations
  • To carry out duties diligently, meticulously and independently
  • To ensure that customers items are not damaged or lost
  • To collaborate and work cohesively with colleagues from all walks
  • Take inventory by keeping track of customer’s items
  • Ensure that the items are delivered in good condition to our customers promptly. (Including loading/ transporting/ delivery of items island wide)
  • Establish and maintain good customer rapport

Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid class 3/ 4 driving license
  • Diligent, responsible, and hardworking
  • Familiar with Singapore roads and buildings with/without GPS
  • A team player that works closely with colleagues and able to prioritise tasks at hand
  • Possess a good working attitude

Job Details

  • Transportation to job site leaves office (Kaki Bukit) by 8am

Job Description

  • Loads and unloads vehicles by hand or by use of hand cart or trolley.
  • Wraps furniture with appropriate materials to prevent damage.
  • Wraps dishes and fragile items in packing paper and packs them into containers.
  • Pad, stack, and secure items in position on truck to prevent damage during movement.
  • Deliver and place items in customer’s premises.
  • Assists in cleaning truck, tools, and equipment.
  • Collects or picks up empty containers, packing materials
  • Must know, use, and follow all company Standard Operating Procedures and industry safety regulations.
  • Training will be provided.

  • Able-bodied with a positive working attitude and good attendance
  • Good problem solving, meticulous and multi-tasking skills
  • A good team player and customer-oriented
  • Willing to learn and teachable
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects
